Offerings

In the spirit of collective care, all offerings are pay what you can or pay it forward.

There is a collective care space offering low to no-cost care from holistic practitioners. If you are open to offering 1-2 sessions a month in Lichen’s practice space, please be in touch.

There are weekly silent meditations, intended to center light and peace in our hearts and expand that vision into the collective. Those with a background in Buddhist meditation and Quaker practice are encouraged to attend. Everyone is welcome.

Sangha in the Plum Village tradition will begin meeting in-person soon and all are welcome to join. A sangha is a community of friends practicing mindfullness together in order to bring about and to maintain awareness. This is not a dogmatic practice or an organized religion. The essence of a sangha is supporting one another in cultivating awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love. Please be in touch if you are interested in joining.

Open Studio sessions are available to those who are in need of access to a quiet, indoor or outdoor space for personal practice (writing, illustration, meditation, poetry, dance, etc).

Please be in touch if you are interested in any of these offerings. You can also join the Lichen newsletter here.
